2. Industrial Services & Commercial Engagements

Product implementations, edge gateway installations, software licenses, service level agreements (SLAs), and custom engineering projects provided by Dalnex are governed by individualized Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) executed between Dalnex and the client organization.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary technologies, software architectures, algorithms (including machine vision rejection models, mould health detection, and AIRA intelligence models), documentation, trademarks, and design assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Dalnex LLP.

4. User Obligations & Permitted Use

You agree to use the website and related communication channels only for lawful, legitimate business purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code from any Dalnex platform.
• Circumvent or compromise security measures, authentication systems, or edge networking protocols.
• Introduce malicious payloads, scrapers, or automated crawlers that disrupt service availability.

5. Limitation of Liability & Warranty

Information on this website is provided "as is" for informational and demonstration purposes. While Dalnex strives to ensure accuracy and continuous availability, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access. Direct liability for enterprise deployments is governed exclusively by client-specific enterprise contracts.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
